Hello and Welcome, in Today’s article, I will tell you the 3 Home Remedy to Remove Body Odor. everyone Knows how embarrassed and uncomfortable one may feel with body odor, if you notice, you may realize that it is usually caused by excessive sweating, eating certain foods, poor hygiene, and even stress. Today, I am going to give you some natural but effective remedies to get rid of body odor.
To do this, gently brush your skin with a natural bristle brush before taking a shower. This technique helps to exfoliate your skin, remove any dead cells, and unclog your pores. In this way, it reduces the accumulation of bacteria that can cause bad body odor. Instead of a brush, you may use a dry small napkin, but brushing your skin is important.
Take a handful of neem and tulsi leaves, wash them thoroughly, then grind them to a fine paste. Apply this paste to the parts of your body where body odor is strongest. Both neem and tulsi have powerful antibacterial properties that help in stopping the odor-causing bacteria on your skin. If you don’t have time to make this paste, you can crush the leaves and soak them in your bathwater for 15 minutes before taking your bath.
To make this, you will need 1 and a half tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil, 1 and a half tablespoons of cocoa butter and shea butter, 1/4 cup each of corn flour and arrowroot flour, 1 and a half tablespoons of baking soda, five drops of lavender essential oil, and two drops of tea tree essential oil.
Here are the steps to make it: Take a deep pot and add water, then keep a small steel or glass jar at the center. Add coconut oil and cocoa butter and keep this water pot on medium flame. Bring the water to a boil while continuously stirring until you see that the butter is melted and mixed very well. When completely melted, turn off the heat and add the corn flour, arrowroot flour, and baking soda, then stir continuously. Finally, add the essential oils. Cool this to room temperature and then refrigerate it for setting. Use a small glass or jar to store this antiperspirant. To apply, wet the underarm with water and then apply a small quantity of this in the morning. If you sweat too much, you can also apply it in the evening.
Apart from these three remedies, there are also other holistic tips I would like to give you. If you suffer from bad odor, always give your body time to digest food and clean itself. Also, give your body enough time to digest food between two meals, which can help prevent the buildup of odor-causing compounds in your digestive tract. You may drink lemon-infused water to alkalize your body and reduce acidity, which can be a reason for your body odor. Rubbing the lemon peel into your skin can also help kill bacteria and give a fresh scent.
Try to change your diet by limiting the use of odor-producing foods such as garlic and onions. Experiment with different food choices to see which ones cause your body odor, and increase the intake of fruits and vegetables to keep your body smelling fresh. Consuming parsley regularly with every meal will help to neutralize your body odor from within, as parsley contains chlorophyll, which is a natural deodorizer.
Lastly, if you suspect a health issue may be causing your bad body odor, consider doing a test called an H. pylori test, as sometimes body odor can be caused by a bacterial infection such as H. pylori infection, which affects your stomach lining.
When it comes to overcoming your bad body odor, first try to understand its cause, then take a proactive approach. Pay attention to your personal hygiene and lifestyle habits, along with the natural remedies and tips I have given you. I hope you will find relief and enhance confidence in your life.
